1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This means that if you purchase a product from SoulPrint Studios, you are entering into a contract with Paddle, and Paddle handles all customer service inquiries regarding payments, specific refund requests, and tax inquiries.

2. Nature of Products

SoulPrint Studios exclusively provides digital products (such as downloadable files, printables, and templates). We do not sell or ship physical goods.

3. 14-Day Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and to ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 14-day refund period on our digital products.

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact us at inquire.soulprintstudios@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

  • Once we receive your request, we will review it and instruct Paddle to process the refund immediately.
  • Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the funds to return to your account depending on your bank.

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and collects and remits sales tax (VAT, GST, etc.) based on your location. If you are a tax-exempt business and believe you were charged tax in error, please contact Paddle directly or email us within 60 days of the transaction so we can assist you.
